FAMILY MITZVAH PROJECT (PART 1): CHANUKAH CANDLES WRAPPING DECORATION –
CHANUKAH CANDLES WRAPPING DECORATION – FAMILY MITZVAH PROJECT
This year the Chanukah Candles project will be done in 2 parts. (Part 2: November 12)
Part I – Family Mitzvah Project
Families with children are invited to bring their full hearts and creativity to do a mitzvah of decorating the brown paper we will use to wrap the candles! We will complete a few other Mitzvah projects too! To expand the mitzvahs, we also encourage you to bring these items for collection:
- Leftover Chanukah candles
- Gently used children’s books, that will be distributed to area Little Free Libraries
- New toiletries, like toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, etc., that we will sort and bag, and later donate.
- Gently used, clean towels that we will take to the animals at Geauga County’s Rescue Village.
We will nibble on a light lunch of bagels and other goodies. Please register.
